There's no way to "Save As." your workbook to a local file (you know, like you're used to, with any other (Microsoft) application), which means there's no way to open up your workbook with your new account. New account = your OneNote workbooks are gone
We switched from an Office 365 Home account to an Office 365 Business account. Not being able to save your workbook as a local file, which you can open, copy, move and backup, means that essentially, you do not control your own work or data. We used and shared OneNote professionally and built up hundreds of pages information, using it on a daily basis.
My #1 issue with OneNote is the fact that you cannot save your workbook as a file through the application.
